Advanced Course In Textile Design
Conceived and curated by Fondazione Antonio Ratti, Ratti Mantero Seta and Ratti SpA, the course will proffer an educational experience in which creativity and practice, history and modernity find a balance that is linked to the operational problems of the textile and fashion industries. The course, whose assortment is done by a panel of experts, is opened to 15 young designers, in an international and multicultural dimension that mirrors the future of fashion. Israeli designer Tal Lancman will be Visiting Professor of the first edition of the course, "Private Views." The course is free of charge and application deadline is June 30, 2011.
